5 Ways to Bake Chicken Wings

Just bend the wing and drum parts away from each other and cut in the middle using kitchen shears or a sharp knife.
If you want to get crispy wings that crunch when you bite them, then you need to do two things. One, cook them at high heat and two, cook them on a rack. Cooking your wings on a rack makes sure that all sides are getting the same amount of heat, while excess fat and juices that could detract from crisp fall away. Just be sure to place a baking sheet under the rack, otherwise you’ll end up with a mess in your oven!
You should cook the wings until they appear golden brown. On average this takes about 40 minutes baking at 200 degrees Celsius. As not all ovens heat the same way, be sure to check on your wings every 10-15 minutes to make sure they haven’t burned.

- 1 kg marinated chicken wings of your choice
- Cooking spray
- 100 g parsley (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Take a sheet pan and cover it with tin foil, then place the baking rack on top. Coat the baking rack in cooking spray (this prevents the wings from sticking to the rack).
- Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the wings are crispy and golden brown. Add a side of parsley as a garnish and serve with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing.
